Welcome to Nourish Rewards Loyalty Programme

Our new loyalty programme is here and you are invited to be part of it.  If you  already have a customer account with us, you will automatically start to earn points.  Otherwise, simply sign up and you’ll be able to earn points and redeem them against purchases later*.     

 Ways to earn points

  1. Create an account – earn 200 points (if you already have an account we have allocated 200 reward points to start you off on your rewards journey).  You can check if you have an account with us here.

  2. Make a purchase – earn 5 points for every £1 you spend (excluding VAT and shipping)

  3. Like us on Facebook – earn 25 points (once per customer)

  4. Follow us on Instagram or Twitter – earn 25 points (once per customer)

  5. Share our posts on Facebook or Twitter – earn 25 points (once per post)

  6. Its your birthday – earn 200 points

  7. Refer a friend – receive a £3 gift voucher 

  8. Write a review – earn 200 points (maximum one per week)

*Minimum spend £20,

How to redeem your points

To turn points into a reward, simply log onto our website, then click on the 'Nourish Rewards' launcher on the bottom right to open the rewards panel.

Next, click on All rewards.

If you don't have enough points to redeem, you will see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.

 

 

If you have enough points, there will be a Redeem button.

 

Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

 

To redeem points on variable rewards, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of points you would like to spend, then click Redeem:

 

The code will also be stored in your rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom.

 

Note: Once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase. Points are not automatically returned to a customer's account if a reward is redeemed and not used.
